However the threat or news of a lawsuit might ease his bravado and possibly get him to sit down and negotiate some agreeable terms for all. It's never too early to be prepared. It may also put an end to his idiotic tweets. I still want to fight Ned but have not heard back from him yet !
He's got the advantage .. we'd have to vote on who represents us.. on a acceptable compromise.. and fund it..
