click that and you will see a pretty handy little site with your stats. it shows you to the minute as to when you will get back to 100% vp.
it also has the ability to cast votes with lower percent...like the slider. I tend to give 3 to 4 100% per day and the rest come in percents...i generally try to keep my VP above 80% this slider provided in this page or that extention others here mentioned is a handy way to keep the VP where it should be while still spreading around the upvote love
