It’s crab season again
Every autumn, there’s always someone excitedly saying, “It’s crab season again!”
The best part about crab isn’t just the sweet, tender meat, but also that rich, creamy roe. When you lift the lid off the steamer, the hot steam rises, and the shells glow with that tempting orange-red color—it’s mouthwatering just to look at. Crack the shell open and the golden roe spills out like tiny grains of treasure. The moment it touches your tongue, the rich aroma and sweetness fill your mouth. I love eating crab, so this is truly my favorite time of the year. Let’s eat, eat, eat!
