RE: President Duterte, the anti-POOR.

in #blog8 years ago

@immarojas thanks for sharing, I like to hear the opposing view as the media content I mostly see is demonizing Pres. Duterte. I am not in the Philippines and I'm wishing Filipinos joyful living and success in your efforts with the drug trade and economic progress.

thank you so much for your understanding. President Duterte won because of the social media, found in Facebook mostly. Filipinos can see that ongoing realities are not what they read about in the newspapers..nor see on television. We found that a bit of truth here and there are not the whole story...but rather manipulated.
I think we are winning with the war against drugs, but not totally. And the economy is up from before. We are seeing a new Philippines :)

@immarojas this is good to hear! 😃

Yeah. We can see a great change but not totally. So as the enemy is fighting its' might against its' own suppression and hopefully demise, the fight isn't over.
The greatest thing is that our eyes are open. Ordinary Filipinos locally and overseas are fighting along the Government, giving them our support.
Our government now is what any anarchist is fighting for...we are having it. And i hope the world sees the real President Duterte in what he have done in just a year in office.

@immarojas yes, and President Duterte is risking more than life facing powerful opponents...

he keeps saying the CIA will kill him.
Remembering Saddam and Gaddafi...that isn't impossible.

Im praying for my president.

One official can't solve these problems alone, even if he/she is the head of state.
The mass awareness and collective efforts of the People is needed.

The 91% are behind him..but his appointees in his cabinet are being rejected by the commission on appointments..controlled by the opposition. We want to give him revolutionary powers so i don't know where we are with that. Do you know @bennydelacruz?

we all are..constantly. light ka candles.
