The global warming packed up and went south for the winter hehe. Its 75 here in Cape Town today.
Glad to hear about your boy's progress! That's great that the gym wants to make him the first wall of famer:)
It's been very interesting watching the climb. Steem came to the rescue and saved our bacon when our new lease agreement called for a 'deposit adjustment ' of about $100. Surprise!
I was able to sell some steem at $6 to make up the difference.

Hard to understand why the landlord would want a deposit adjustment, with all the improvements you two have done. The boy is really dedicated to lose weight and keep fit, he is strong as an ox now.
good to know that the steem is working for you guys like it should, I'm just holding the little I have and trying to grow more for now.
I may have to do a post on weather in the future, I don't think we have been told the truth on what really influences weather and why it varies from location to location so much.
I understand the adjustment. Moving out we would need our deposit to pay for the next place and it is motivation to keep the house in good shape. We also work through an estate agent/ letting agent (not sure what you would call them. Realtor? Go go gadget Americanisms learnt from tv ) :) and its part of their rules.
