It is important to note:
In the church or ministry that you are planted by God, you cannot afford to be inconsistent in your attendance. Your attendance in the meetings or programmes had to be regular. If you are punctual in attendance, it would be good and beneficial for your spiritual growth and edification!
You should make up your mind to be part of all that God is doing there that you might be a partaker of all the blessings God is channelling there—which yours are included.
When you stand aloof, you sit on the fence, or you are not part of what is going on in the church or what God is doing there—being apathetic—a number of good things which God has for you might elude you.
There is no better place than your spiritual family. Stay where you are planted by God and thrive, flourish and fulfil in your God-given assignment.
As you cannot not choose your biological family, God decided and determined the family you were born to, likewise, you cannot choose the spiritual family you belong as well. Thus, let God plant you where He wants, that you may flourish and fulfil.
If God planted you in a local church, but you are desiring to be in another church family, because you think the grasses there are greener; you may go there and be a spectator—you would not be part of the blessings there.
It means God has not packaged your blessings there. Your blessings would usually be addressed and sent where you are planted by God Himself.
The greener grasses you saw in the church which you desires to go were nurtured through the labour of those who are planted in the church.
Thus, instead of leaving your family, your local church, you should join hands with your pastor to nurture the grasses in your local church and make them attractive for the potential sheep that are hungry of spiritual food, that they might come in.
NOT that you should leave your place for another church or family which you do not belong.

Do not be sentimental in making decisions when It comes to spiritual things.
Note:
• Do not Use the physical things to judge or determine the spiritual things. In other words, do not make spiritual decisions based on carnal reasons.
• Do not look at the structure, or the building, and other physical things to determine where God wants you to be, or go to church.
• If God blessed you financially, or materially, He did because of the same place you are planted, the local church where you had received the blessing.

Note: although there are some believers who attend churches they are not planted by God, they are in such churches or places of worship because of sentiment, or because of their spouses, or the place or church is considered their ancestral family church. That is, traditionally, their entire family lineage had been attending the church, they were born in the place, and traditionally they have to marry there, and Of course spend their entire life attending the church and be buried there at the end of their time on the earth there.
Even after they claimed to have accepted Christ Jesus as their Saviour and Lord, they still want to belong in that traditional or ancestral family church, because of sentiment—what their family would say.
If their spiritual needs are not met there, in that orthodox church, they still want to be attending that same church.
Some of such people would not mind having a minister; a pastor or prophet, somewhere, who in most cases a pastor of a small congregation or church where they could go for prayer to have their spiritual needs met.
If such people or believers are blessed, materially or financially or whichever way; they know within themselves that the anointing on the pastor of that small church or ministry, where they go for prayer for their needs to be met, brings about or produces the blessings or miracles they are experiencing.

Listen! If God blesses you in a place, a church or ministry, that is, under the anointing of a minister of God; make sure you give or support the work in the place—the particular church or ministry.
Do not take the blessing which you have received through the Grace or the anointing on a particular minister or ministry away without sowing or giving to the church or ministry or the minister. If you did abscond, you have abused the purpose of the blessing and the flow of it would be truncated or stopped.
God is not partial and He is highly principled. If you did receive God's blessings in a place, a church or ministry, and leave the place without contributing to the work there; you would become irrelevant and the blessings would ebb—recede or decline or fall away.

The truth is, there is an appointed place for every believer in Christ Jesus.
• Stay in God's appointed place for your life.
• Be under the anointing or minister or Authority which God has ordained you to be.
• Stay in the church family where God has planted you.
• Relate and follow the anointing which God has stirred your heart to relate with, that is, follow and pattern your life and your assignment after the anointing.

Things to understand:
a. Instead of eyeing other spiritual family or church which you think are bigger or better than yours; you should rather work with your pastor. Make yourself available; your time, giftedness, finances, and whatever material resourcefulness, to make your church family grow and be like those which you are eyeing or desiring.
b. There is no inferior church family, or a local church in the Body of Christ. You should always remember that you cannot not blossom in the family or local church which you are not planted by God.
c. Be content and proud of your spiritual family and heritage. Your inheritance is good If you can work on It; for you to get or receive the best of God through it.
d. You should not allow any wrong self esteem; either low or high, inferiority or superiority complex, which are not of God, but that of the flesh and the devil. You should not jettison your spiritual family because of pride or egos and move to where you do not belong.
