WHEN YOUR ATTENTION IS NEEDED BY GOD 1

"DOES THE TRUMPET SOUND the alarm in the city without frightening the people?
DOES DISASTER COME TO A CITY UNLESS THE ETERNAL ONE [God] HAS PERMITTED IT?"
Amos 3:6 (The Voice)

• The devil cannot prevail over you, If you are doing what God wanted you to do.

• When it seems the enemy, the devil, is having an upper hand in the matters or affairs of your life; It could only mean you have derailed from what God did tell you to do.
• The devil cannot scatter a church, and he cannot stop a ministry! Whenever It appears as If the devil is having a field day, in the life and ministry of a believer or minister, such a person must have missed it somewhere.
• When such a thing happened, It is not the time to fight the devil, It is rather the time to seek God's face and know why He has permitted what is happening.
• The devil has no power to scatter, or destroy anyone's assignment, especially the one commanded or instructed by God.

• Whenever things go sore in your life, home, ministry or assignment; God is communicating at such a time—He is calling your attention to something.

• The best approach to the challenges of life or ministry, whatever is happening in the life of a believer that is not palatable, is: let such go to God and find out about what could have been the cause of the predicament—asking to know what He is saying about the situation.
• It is not the time of prayer warfare at all. Fighting the devil; demons, and all the forces in the air, on the land, or on the sea, is not the next thing; but going to God to find out about what could have been the cause of the predicament. Why has God permitted It? What does He has to say?
• In most cases, problems are permitted or allowed to make a child of God, a believer, come closer to God in order to know what He has to say on the matter at hand.
• Whatever happens in your life, as a believer in Christ Jesus, or as a minister of God; such is meant to call your attention and draw you closer to God.
• The first approach should not be battling or warring prayers.

• You would have to stay in the presence of God, until you have been able to know why He permitted whatever the challenge or predicament.

• God does not communicate straight. He communicates through withdrawing at times and in most cases:
  "I [God] WILL RETURN AGAIN TO MY PLACE TILL THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR OFFENSE. THEN THEY WILL SEEK MY [God] FACE; IN THEIR AFFLICTION THEY WILL EARNESTLY SEEK ME [God]" (Hosea 5:15 NKJV).

• When God withdraws His presence, or favour, or blessing, He expects the believer concerned to come closer and seek His face, in order to know what could have been the cause.

• Whenever God's presence could not be felt or discerned in your life, ministry or any area of your life; It means He surely has a message at such a time which He wanted you to come closer and hear or receive.

• When you understand God, walking with Him would become easy. Walking with God could be difficult, because it has a lot of intricacies or complexities. God does not communicate straight or direct. He expected you to find, seek, and probe to know what He does want, or has to say in a matter (Luke 11:9)

• Most of the time, God might not tell you what He actually wants. He would want you to get to know It through the circumstances, events, or the happenings, around you—things He permitted in your life, your work, your home, in the lives of your loved ones, or around you.

• He always wants you to seek to know, search and look before His Will or plan or counsel is discovered, or made known to you.
  THIS is why a lot of believers find it difficult to walk with God intimately.

• God could only be found, and be seen, or be heard; by those who are diligent in the seeking of Him:
  "BUT WITHOUT FAITH IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PLEASE HIM, FOR HE WHO COMES TO GOD MUST BELIEVE THAT HE IS, AND THAT HE IS A REWARDER OF THOSE WHO DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM" (Hebrews 11:6 NKJV).

• God could not be accessed anytime you want. Not even when you are not serious or being diligent in your walk with Him.

• Whoever would seek and find God had to be painstaking. Also, coming to God or the seeking of Him should not be a thing you do casually or randomly, whenever you feel like. No.
  a. It should be a thing you consistently do, and be serious about it.
  b. It should be a fellowship in which He, God, is in your dominant thought day in, day out.

• You will not fail in Jesus' name.

• Should there be any ailment in your body as you read this piece, I declare your healing now in Jesus' mighty name.
• Whatever is against your health is cursed and rebuked and uprooted in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. As you took the steps A and B your name is written in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
