Early morning boxing session
Bright sunshine, some clouds, slightly brisk temperature but no wind greeted my group for a 45 minute free boxing session at Newport Park today. Stocklands, who developed the area have sponsored free fitness classes presented by qualified trainers since 2017. The weekly schedule is 2 mornings cross training, 2 mornings boxing and 1 morning yoga. Designed for participants to workout at their capabilities. Boxing is great workout to raise the heart rate.
