Why I walk every day (and why you might want to start too)

So lately Iāve been doing this super simple thing: walking. Every day. Nothing fancyājust sneakers on, headphones in, and out the door I go.
And honestly? Itās been a game-changer.

- My mind feels clearer. Like someone hit the refresh button.
- I sleep better. No more tossing and turning.
- Iāve started noticing little thingsālike how the sky changes color in the evening or how birds argue in trees (theyāre loud, lol).
- My mood? Way better. Even on stressful days, a walk helps me shake it off.
Itās not about burning calories or hitting a step goal. Itās just⦠time for me. Sometimes I listen to music, sometimes I just let my thoughts wander. And sometimes I walk with a friend and we end up laughing about the most random stuff.
