So lately I’ve been doing this super simple thing: walking. Every day. Nothing fancy—just sneakers on, headphones in, and out the door I go.

And honestly? It’s been a game-changer.

It’s not about burning calories or hitting a step goal. It’s just… time for me. Sometimes I listen to music, sometimes I just let my thoughts wander. And sometimes I walk with a friend and we end up laughing about the most random stuff.
