A Rainy Sunday! ☔️........... NW Cascade Wanderings

Happy Sunday all!

Our day began at church with awesome worship and sermon. We came out to sprinkles which promptly turned to rain! ☔️

Once home and a few chores under our belts, we headed to the mall to become that rare breed of bird-a ‘Mallwalker’!

The mall was more crowded that I’d seen in a long time. Unfortunately though, there are still lots of vacant store fronts there as well. I didn’t take an awful lot of pictures there. Here’s one of the reflections in overhead mirrors to the entrance of the Spirit of Halloween store. You can purchase pretty much anything Halloween related.

Along another storefront where you can go in and create craft items, was a little kitty someone had placed in the window. It kind of reminded me of Simon the Cat. If you don’t know who that is, go to YouTube and search it.

I made it in to Bath and Bodyworks as it’s Twisted Peppermint season there! It’s a lovely scent available in all kinds of products from candles to spray hand sanitizer. I had a coupon for a free item as well as 25% off. Got a lot of Twisted Peppermint for not a lot of money! Nice! 😎 See @silvertop’s post for a couple of pictures.

Afterwords, a coffee was needed and then we came home. I had a lovely video call with granddaughter Olivia! She’s ten months and almost a half weeks old and is cutting teeth already! Seems early to me! She’s a cutie! 🥰
