Steemit Inc. Launched the chain on March 24 2016. Within less than 40 hours and 26 minutes the account in question (account 340) was created and loaded with premined Steem. The account is Steem/Steemit/Ned/Dan or whatever you want to call it. And is behind the whole platform. Hence allowed full control and able to do anything he wants with out anyone telling him otherwise. This account has had many conversations on the blockchain in which Ned himself responds and quite politely.
I know who it is and it is not Justin Bay Salmaron. The Justin was a leak done on purpose to throw people off. However the truth is now out. And it is not something I am willing to discuss on the chain. Someone emailed me everything. The entire platform is a mirage.
They even pretend to argue with one another to stage their game for the players. A sort of catfishing if you will. Using multiple accounts. False identities etc.
