A country's constitution and the applied laws at times serve the interest of those that understand it more. Every change requires a process when there are no dictators, and this should not be exploited. If your government is designed to discourage comeback kids you might never produce a good president, and you can forget about any long term conciliation.

Trump will not be a three term president. We need to keep the two term heritage. We must also stop asking for term limits in congress and just make it more competitive with popular uprisings and political comebacks.

Putin does not really have an old man move to show you. He will be ruler of Russia as long as he is physically fit. He is a hawk on U.S foreign policy, and a big time hater for sure that will be waiting a long time.
