It reminds me of our vanilla ice cream challenge. The procedure is almost the same. Im curious how it turns out using custard powder. Does it make your dessert creamier? Or does it have a finer texture instead?
With custard powder dessert gives delicious mango flavour more and gives a creamier taste and texture both

I now totally understand how custard powder works. I haven't yet tried using it in my dessert. Thank you for sharing this idea.
