SC S25W6: Drawing my Anime character

Greetings

It is really one of most interesting thing to participate in week 6 drawing challenge for me because in this challenge I am going to work with my imaginations.I would like to draw a female anime character which is princess Akira.Word Akira is originated from Japanese language meaning bright and clear so my favourite imaginative character is princess Akira whose name is because of her clear,disciplined personality and a bright heart filled with light of love, affection,care for people of city in which she is ruling as a princess.

Let's learn how you can make step by step drawing of princess Akira;

Materials

• A blank paper.
• Sharpener.
• Eraser.
• Graphite pencil ✏️.

I started sketching face of princess Akira which is bit rectangular in shape,in other words quite wider and then I sketch neck and body structure of princess which is less wider than face.

It's a step to draw and define collar area of princess Akira and drawing hair which are reaching at level of shoulder and from front princess have a baby cut.

I sketch maxi of princess as ankle or foot of princess are not visible so I hide them under maxi which have a good flair.Then I darkened or add prominence in sketch.

I highlighted margins of sketch by outlining it with graphite pencil because before this my sketching was done with gentle hands.I sketch features of anime character where eyes was wider longer and most prominent and eyes were most expressive but nose were least prominent as there was just a shade of nose I draw in centre of face and then a curved line at end of face for showing smiling lips.

It's a time to add areas of darkness where I shaded hair with dark colour and then I did dark shades in collars and under collars.Dark shade was getting lighter and smooth as it was descending towards waist.

At last I added light shades in neck,arms and face.At last at end of maxi I filled dark shades which was getting lighter as it was moving towards belly and this is final look of princess Akira.
