Narrative & Cultural Meaning Emotional connection, heritage, or symbolism

Landscapes about which I am going to discuss are some special points of muree which have their own significance and history so let's discuss them one by one.

Murree

When we move back in history then Murree city was founded by British as a summer resort which was serving as a refuge from plains heat.Muree is one of most famous hill station located in my country Pakistan and there are a lot of scenic views and colonial era architecture which determines cultural significance of this area.There are different historical churches or buildings also located in murree but in my visit with fellows I don't visited any heritage or historical place.

Shangrilla Restaurant

This hotel was opened in Murree in 1981 and it's a part of brand shangrilla unique for fine dining etiquettes and their luxury which they provides in hospitality.Shangrilla restaurant design basically shows some traditional touch and some modern elements too so here we all including me,my friends and teachers enjoyed our breakfast.

Mall Road Murree

Mall road was also developed area of British era which was considered at that time and still a central hub or point in Murree city to buy some accessories,food items or to do shopping and having social interactions with people of Muree.Culturally Mall road is a destination for tourists because of a lot of entertainment options including shopping available there.At Mall road there are historical buildings and restaurants where you may enjoy your cultural as well as junk foods so while coming back it was end point that we all visited during our trip.

Changla Gali

Changla Gali historically is one of most beautiful places containing landscapes,greenery, mountains and stunning views of nature.When we talk cultural significance or importance of this point then it is a place of attraction because of hiking points, picnicking etc.In our visit all friends and teachers also enjoyed hiking there and also enjoyed with snow there.

Story of the Plae,Local legend, history, or personal significance

I would like to tell complete story of that one day trip in which we arrived from Lahore at 10 pm from Kips college and we reached at around 4 am in shangrilla restaurant which was out first point and where we all enjoyed breakfast in which there were eggs,bread,paratha,tea but during travel we don't sleep, instead of this we created memories by dancing at different songs and singing together 😁 🎵

Well after breakfast,at back of shangrilla restaurant there was a beautiful view that we enjoyed with you each other and then we have to go to other point which was ghora Gali were we enjoyed beauty of nature and some landscapes,other point was for hiking 🥾 which was changla Gali and every one was very excited to visit that point because of hiking so after hiking there was a point where there was a lot of snow so we make snow balls and play with each other and create memories there.

Next we have to visit our last point which was Murree Mall road but on the way trip become adventurous.When we were on the way then there was slippery road because of ice in crystal form present there and road was also not much wider so our bus slips and one tyre of bus was just at edge and there was a lot of depth of mountains which was mountain ditch basically and it was a very difficult moment and students started to get panic.

Driver asked that students with Normal body weight should jump from window of bus but almost 10-15 people with their body weight should remain in bus so that bus balance may not disturb so everyone followed instructions because teachers were in bus for maintaining discipline so finally driver became successful in securing all students in bus and everyone thanked Allah Almighty.That was an experience of mine with adventurous and personal significance with beloved fellows and friends.

Finally we reached to final destination which was Murree Mall road where we enjoyed a lot while wandering here and there and from there I just bought a cap and some of hair accessories with some makeup products 😄 and then from a local shop me and my friends enjoyed ice cream and for food we visited fri-chicks.In some time snow fall started and that was my first live experience of enjoying snowfall.

While coming back to home,we enjoyed for 3 hours only on the way because everyone was feeling tired and then we all in bus enjoyed Cornetto 😁 as this was a special gift for all of us from our college management.In my college life I have beloved friends just like my family that's why that trip have a personal importance and significance for me!
