I am happy to participate in this challenge of week 6 which is all about sharing fruit dessert 🍪 so today I am sharing mango dessert recipe!

Step by step dessert preparation

Ingredients

Mango3 medium size
Milk1/2 kg
Custard powder60 gram
Cream60 gram
SugarHalf cup
Fruit cake50 gram

Take three mangoes and peel off them.

Cut one mango in cubes and other two mangoes randomly for making mango paste.

Take a blender and add mango pulp in blender.

Add some sugar in blender for sweetness.

Switch on blender or jar for getting a perfect mixture of mango pulp.

After 2 minutes of blending you will a mixture of mango pulp like this.

Add custard powder is cold milk and mix it well untill custard powder dissolve in it properly.

Custard powder has been dissolved properly and there's no lump in it.

Now we will add it in milk which is already boiling and continue stirring milk with custard powder.

Now we will add sugar in it according to our taste that how much sweetener we need.

Here custard is almost ready after mixing sugars thoroughly.

It's a step to cool down custard at room temperature and add cream in it gradually.

Here I have added cream in full quantity and now it's a time to mix it properly and then to add it in a bowl for assembling.

Add a little quantity of creamy custard in a bowl and then add mango jam or pulp I have made before.

Add fruit cake powder at mango pulp and then repeat the same process.

Finally add mango custard as final layering and at sides add mango pulp equally so here margins are covered with thick mango pulp layer.

This is I am adding mango chunks or cubes that I already cut.

I successfully added all mango chunks in topmost mango creamy custard layer.

I sprinkled remaining fruit cake powder at top of mango chunks.

Which fruit dessert flavor did you choose? Is there a special reason for choosing that fruit dessert?

I have choosed mangoes for making fruit dessert so overall I am using mango flavor as you can see that I have used three mangoes for making mango chunks and pulp for this dessert as well then custard flavour I am using is also mango and the reason for choosing mango as fruit is that mangoes in summer season are present in bulk as well it's my most favourite fruit as mango is also considered the king of all fruits.Mango dessert in general is looking very appetiting dessert containing orange shade of mango pulp and chunks and yellow shade of creamy mango custard.

This dessert season from week 1 to week 5 was really most amazing because it let us learn many delicious desserts and especially biscuit pudding I like the most,may be because I am chocolate lover 😍 but if I compare biscuit pudding with fruit dessert season then i will definitely choose mango delight dessert because it is made with more natural and yummiest fruit which is also great nutritionally.When I think about my knowledge then definitely I have learnt new things from all past courses that I have taken in this dessert season and each week I tried my best to improve my recipes and their presentation too so in general I am satisfied with host of dessert challenge as well as satisfied with my responses that improved from time to time in each week and that's all about my experiences in brief.

It reminds me of our vanilla ice cream challenge. The procedure is almost the same. Im curious how it turns out using custard powder. Does it make your dessert creamier? Or does it have a finer texture instead?

With custard powder dessert gives delicious mango flavour more and gives a creamier taste and texture both
