Hi @marpa, your entry is so beautiful. I love the Chiffonade cut looks beautiful and I guess I can use it when cutting my cabbage, the slice cut is just common over here. I love using it in cutting onions for stew.

Your preparation is nice, although I don't eat raw tomatoes,but I know it's very healthy. You have done a very nice homework.
