Abacha (African salad) is a common African dish, the dish is made from raw cassava and after peeling it, it is half cooked. In this, the protein of the food remains in the dish which is very beneficial for the body. The recipe is made completely by drying it in the sun. The dried fish recipe shows that in our country we dry fish and cook it, it becomes a very tasty dish. Besides, you have given the name of the ingredient and its price, it has become really beautiful so that everyone can understand the price of which ingredient. Best wishes for your competition.

Please consider supporting Proposal #100 to boost the video on Steem.

This looks absolutely delicious! Abacha is not only rich in flavor but also in tradition. In Pashtoon culture we also enjoy similar dishes made from dried and seasoned ingredients.

Looks very yummy.
Beautiful presentation.
This may be the motivation i needed to try abacha.

You can do it. Very simple to do.

Hahhaha
Another Abacha here, my favourite traditional recipe of love and family togetherness. I am so used to this African traditional delicacy that I can never say no to a sweet plate of Abacha. And you took the garnishing to a whole new level.

Saludos.
