RE: "SLC-S25/W6 | Community World Tour: Idiomatic Expressions & Proverbs"
Wow, @destinydreamer, your post truly touched me. 🌟 The way you connected your grandfather’s wisdom to real-life experiences is so heartfelt and relatable. “Beli hunda Nahi Hr Hath Milan aala” is such a deep idiom, and honestly, it speaks volumes, especially in a time where trust is so fragile.
I love how you explored the cultural background and showed us how this proverb isn’t just words, it’s lived wisdom passed down through generations. Your story from 10th grade really brought the meaning home. It's beautiful how these idioms mature in meaning as we grow and go through life.
Also, your creative touch with the drawing and the voice note added so much originality!
Out of curiosity, have you ever found a moment where this idiom helped you avoid a mistake before it happened?
Looking forward to reading more from you! ✨💬
I am happy to have such an encouraging comment from you and yes many times at our teenage we think that whatever idioms or sayings are linked with ancestors are just implemented in old times but with time we actually know that importance of that sayings that these are not at all worthless!
I am happy that you enjoyed my singing and more touch of creativity and originality in my post...
Yes not in start but later on I learnt from this idiom and I implemented it in my life before loosing something more in life but no problem I believe that we always learns from mistakes so it's a part of learning journey
