I hope you are right. I love this way of working. There is an guy in Ireland that runs an IT company called Indeed.com and he doesn't have any holiday days for his team. An employee can go on holiday for 2 months as long as they meet their targets. Now granted the targets are more than likely set so the employee can't do that but it is a good idea.
That's class. We should be more concerned with getting results as opposed to clocking in and out. If the work gets done, that should be fine
