Actually I always look at new posts and they are both at around the same level three or four posts per minute, both will soon be going down as failed platforms in history books if both don't put their act together. As for the article per se I think neither platform is a good place for this, I would say practically nobody on Steemit or Hive is interested in autoresponders or safelists.
