Steemit Inc did promise SMTs and many invested including myself based on that promise. Many invested in time and effort. Both of which add value to the STEEM coin in which Steemit inc is taking that stake that we added value to and removing it from STEEM. Since they never delivered SMTs on time and potentially will never deliver, I would think they should be held accountable.
