A few I seem to hear/use all the time in business include:

• Bandwidth - not internet bandwidth but a term describing how much work a person can produce.
• Culture - the general attitude of a business/team usually becomes evident when things are going very well or bad.
• Herding cats - AKA one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest. busy handling stuff
• Core competency/center of excellence - A nice brand name for shit you do well
• It is what it is - More of a phrase to stop yourself from beating your head against the wall.
• Pending event - shit that is going to happen so you may as well make other changes while you are doing something to handle the shit.
• Close the loop - followup with the intent of confirming the completion of a task
• Value - shit you say to someone looking to complain about the price of something
• FOMO - Like in crypto, irrational fear of missing out.
• Spam - canned ham product
