Sounds nice on paper but how will that work?
Will weed be allowed to pass through places that haven't legalized it yet? Assuming it is transported by road or there's some vehicle issue and the transporter has to dock at a city?

    Idaho is already demanding a cut for it to pass through... They are holding a shipment of hemp dirt weed hostage for financial aid...
