Yes army cultivates weed in Italy with million EUR grants knowing almost nothing about cultivation, thus harvesting peanuts and shitty quality at that, and experienced growers still have to hide in the shadows fearing long prison sentences... to which the government responded by making an order at Aurora, which not so far ago had to recall its produce, cause it was contaminated with Myclobutanil.

So the general logic here seems to be, that it doesn't really matter how expensive or how contaminated the "medicine" is PROVIDING Italians cannot grow it themselves, cause that'd send the wrong message... and international corporations ARE SO MUCH BETTER AT THAT, which is the right message to send!
