I wonder what you talk about but as I understand it is about cannabis? Personally I do not believe in CBD and I did not meet anyone who was cured by it.
I do believe cannabis can although it depends on the person how much you need. I live in a country where it is no problem to grow or use it. If more people would do so the world might be less aggressive.
