This may be a weird question but I am not up to date with cars. Do they have completely different brands and models, or do we have the same ones here just by other names?

The numbers look great. Is it still impressive when you calculate cars per total population?

    Mostly Chinese manufacturers that only make cars for their home market. Tesla Model X is the only non-Chinese car in the top 20.

    Compared to the population the numbers probably are much less impressive. In that case Norway wins by a huge margin.
