RE: What Silenced The Rebody / Component / Kitcar Industry? ....... C8 Corvette (And Shook The Exotic Market Up)
YES!! I have loved Corvettes since the stingray haha. The C8 is amazing, and definitely on my list if I ever have that kind of money.
Well with a lot of these financing options they seem to be giving cars away like Halloween candy. I have always paid all cash for my cars but it certainly isn't the norm and as much as I like the thought of doing that it simply doesn't make sense with how low interest rates are and especially with all the money printing going on.
I don't have a job though so I don't qualify for financing.
Yeah, the last car I bought was my current 2015 Mazda 6 it was the first and only brand new car I will ever buy, lol. I even had a panic attack the first two nights and tried to return to car, even with only like 6 miles on it, but the dealer wouldn't let me return it. haha it is a good car, and I almost have it paid off. But it lost so much value, just coming off the lot. oh well, lesson learned. Also, I will buy a a new house with an amazing kitchen before I shell out that kind of money for a vette. haha
The Corvette C8 is the only car I have ever considered buying new to be honest. I usually buy older cars that are depreciated out. My main car now is a 2007 Audi S8 with a 5.2L V10 in it. I really love the car It goes 155mph without any computer adjustments. The tires I have on there right now are only rated at 165mph but a person could do some mods and get that thing blowing 200mph. It just floats at 155mph. But it was past its depreciation curve and I'm really happy with it. It was the best of both worlds instead of buying the Audi R8. Now I'm riding in what feels like luxury and able to have that monster power. It's a good feeling. Mazdas are good cars. The good thing with a new car is the warranty for sure. There is a lot of piece of mind not having to worry about anything that pops up.
Yeah that is very true, pros and cons I guess to buying new. Maybe I just need to be a better negotiator next time! lol I love Audi's. My old boss used to have an R8 of course he also had a BMW i8, Ferrari as well, now drives a Porsche.
