New Jimny 2019 SZ5 Review & Road Test

Here it is our full review of the brand new Suzuki Jimny SZ5, an interesting point is already there is around a 4 year waiting list in the UK alone.

The Jimny is built on a ladder chassis like all seasoned off roaders e.g. Land Cruiser, Land Rover etc it has a 1.5 litre engine, 5 speed auto or manual, ours was manual.

It has a low range box, which is completely operated form inside the cabin, descent control and standard handbrake with hold option.

As you've seen this vehicle is exceptional off road, and good on road, you won't be travelling much faster than 65mph, however that is perfectly ample for this, it does have body roll, which is only really noticable if driven a little quicker.

It has great clearance, rugged styling with black grille and bumpers.

Prices start at around £15,500, ours is top of the range there for is closer to £18,500 still great value for this vehicle which is soon becoming an icon.

The seats fold flat there is a handy cupboard with lid behind the seats, iso fix and airbags.

In the cabin its comfortable, manual seats, no soft touch plastics , everything is rugged, grip handles yet a leather wrapped wheel, Apple Car play even digital air con.

You really need to drive this, its awesome.
