RE: Libertarian silence during Philado Castile verdict. The joke of American Libertarianism
Middle aged white guy here. For what it was worth I was mad as hell when I heard that the cop got off, and by jury trial no less. Tell's you something about our fellow man.
I don't think the cop set out to kill someone, but it's real clear to me that he was a coward and unfit to do his job in a professional manner.
I'd be considered a libertarian, but not the libertarians that I have seen during the last election. I don't support any group, in my opinion there all corrupt to the core, so I just yell and scream at all of them. Let as many people as I can know the truth.
Thanks for the post.
Thanks for your comment. I've seen more outrage from actual republicans who are known to defend cops in cases like these than actual libertarians. Which is sad. Don't let the circus of the Libertarian party dissuade you from the philosophy of libertarianism. It's a wonderful way of life, but unfortunately the party has lost it's way. And it has been infiltrated by incurable contrarians, and toxic people. Which kind of turn people off to the message. If I were thinking about getting into libetarianism, I would be discourage just because of the people it can sometimes attract. But libertarians are too smart to ever admit their own short comings. Which is why I really felt compelled to start blogging about this stuff
