If you have animals, you know there's a time they will die. The only way to avoid that is to keep up on keeping and loving them. I had a shelter for abandoned and sick animals that people dumped with me. So I lost many, and I will never get used to it.
I have wolfhounds, but these are the last ones. I don't believe anyone can take care of them after I die.
I am sorry to hear about Piggy, but it's good to hear you found new company. It's the first time I hear this breed acts like golden retrievers, although the cats we had acted like dogs and even came along if I went for a walk with the dogs.

First of all, thanks so much for your kindness regarding my beloved dog, Piggy and my new company, Titan & De-i... Both Titan & De-i can comfort me and make me happy every day now.
I absolutely agree with you, there's a time these animals will die, but I never get used to it, too.
