Gymnastics and Iced Tea

Talking about sports is indeed an interesting topic. Everyone can choose from a variety of options. Athletics, weight training, and games are also available. Some even choose gymnastics.
I often see many women exercising. Their goal is to stay slim and lean.
The warm-up is done cheerfully. They don't want to get injured while exercising.
Then it's time for the main movements. For an hour, they move. Their joints are moved vigorously, their waists, shoulders, and legs are engaged. Rhythmic gymnastics jumps accompany the exercises. Slightly erotic movements transport them to another realm, as if they were about to make love. Muscles are activated.
The music and instructors provide encouragement. Occasional shouts are heard to increase calorie burning.
Their bodies are sweating, visible from the wetness of their shirts.
After an hour, a cool-down is performed to regain their labored breathing.
Hundreds of calories are burned during this fun-filled exercise.
After the exercise, they still gather around.
"I'd like some iced tea now."
"Don't forget our signature dish, fresh soto."
Then they devoured the soto with gusto. Now I want to explain what soto is. Soto is an Indonesian soup made with a thick, fragrant broth, often with chicken or beef, and served with various toppings such as rice vermicelli, boiled eggs, and spices. Soto is sometimes prepared with coconut milk or not, depending on the region.
The hot soup and iced tea refreshed the body.
It quenched fatigue and quenched thirst.

However, it turned out there was something they didn't realize. They had just burned calories, but instead they were immediately filling up on fat and calorie deposits. The delicious soto with its delicious broth and spices also contributed significantly to the calorie overload. The iced tea, with its sugar, would eventually become a burden on the body.
The intention to improve one's health was immediately negated by consuming foods that would ultimately put a heavy burden on the pancreas.

"But this is the right menu, after exercising, eating soto and drinking iced tea."
"Sport?"
"It's just entertainment in another form."
Yes you are right.

That all my writing this time I hope you enjoy it.

Entertainment with different clothes, shoes, drinks, diets, tools with a high price tag.

Welcome back.

Steem on!

Thank you for warm welcome and your words strike us. Your sentence is so direct, it is a form of frankness that should be a way to remind us all.
Anything can be entertainment. From things that are genuinely entertaining to even big gossip. Moreover, most women are easily exposed, which brings them closer to the entertainment world. These organizers profit greatly from the presence of women who can be sold as entertainment. Unfortunately, many don't realize this. Take gymnastics, for example. Just look at what's not being utilized. The costumes and accompanying ornaments can be entertainment. Not to mention the equipment and other related things. Even information can be a way to create entertainment.
So it's no wonder that just a glass of iced tea and a small menu can captivate a woman or anyone.

Sometimes people do exercises not to lose weight but to maintain health. At least, these girls you write about when leaving go straight to drinking iced tea with sugar. I think they want to keep their body moving.
Doing sports, exercising or exercising with walks, I think it is a good way to keep the body active.

That could be true. However, what we observe in our community is that many people use exercise as entertainment, so when there's entertainment, there are certainly other things to accompany it, such as costume products and food and drink menus.
In my opinion, as long as anyone is active, doing housework or other activities will make their bodies sweat and keep them healthy. I was even going to write that engaging in sexual activity with a partner at home can also be a form of exercise. Of course, with a few caveats. Perhaps there will be another opportunity to write about it.

I read a long time ago that having sex burned approximately 200 calories but nowadays it is said that it is less, approximately 100 calories.
The truth is that for someone who does not go out to exercise outside, it is good to exercise indoors.

You're right again. Sexual activity, according to the written literature, burns around 200 calories, but of course, other variables can also contribute to calorie burn. Perhaps both indoor and outdoor exercise will provide positive rewards for both physical and mental activity. This means that any form of exercise is psychologically beneficial because it can relieve fatigue. And after exercise, rest is more optimal. Likewise, endorphins will make us feel more relaxed and happy.
