Hello everyone 👋

I always get excited whenever I have the chance to go on a long road trip. After visiting my mother in Tak Province, I made my usual mid-journey stop — something I often do when traveling far. This time, I chose to stay in Samut Songkhram, a small province not too far from Bangkok. 🚗

I love stopping there because it's compact, easy to navigate, and filled with adorable cafés. The traffic is light, the roads are peaceful, and everything feels relaxed. And believe it or not — for the first time on a road trip... I didn’t get lost! 😂

On the night I checked into a resort in Samut Songkhram, I started to feel hungry. So I drove out to a nearby convenience store. Just as I was about to turn out from the small street, a motorbike suddenly swerved past the front of my car — a bit too close for comfort! 😅

Because of that, I had to call my insurance company and ended up staying an extra night at the resort to make sure my car was still safe for a long-distance drive. Thankfully, after a quick check-up at the garage, everything looked fine.

And then — as I was driving out of the repair shop, something caught my eye: a cat café! 🐾 I didn’t even think twice. I pulled over immediately and walked straight toward it. The entrance was decorated with a huge beckoning cat statue — how could I resist? 😻

The café is called NDoo Café', and the moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a cozy little counter filled with all kinds of freshly baked pastries. The staff kindly explained their policy — if you order a drink and one bakery item, you can spend 40 minutes with the cats, and you’ll also receive a free cat treat (a tube of creamy snack) to share with them! 🧁🐾

Of course, I didn’t hesitate — I placed my order for a drink and a pastry right away. 😋

I was also greeted by a very fluffy receptionist — one with four legs and a swishy tail! 🐾 This little furball escorted me toward the separate cat room, which was set apart from the main café area to give the cats their own cozy space. 😻

Since there was a time limit for staying in the cat room, I made the most of every moment. Not long after I sat down, the staff brought over my favorite — a glass of iced matcha and a delicious pastry. 🍵🧁

The second the tray arrived, it caught the attention of several curious cats! They came over to sniff the matcha and definitely wanted a bite of my pastry. Of course, I had to guard it with my life while gently distracting them with their own treat instead. 😅🐱

Before entering the cat room, the staff kindly reminded me that I could play with the cats, but I wasn’t allowed to pick them up — which I think is a great way to keep the cats comfortable and happy. 🐾

The cats here were so adorable! After I finished my iced matcha latte and pastry, I immediately opened the cat treat the café had given me. As soon as I offered it to them, their love for me increased by at least 100% — no exaggeration! 😂

Spending time at NDoo Café was the perfect unexpected treat during my short stay in Samut Songkhram. I came in because of a little accident and a twist of luck — but I left with a full heart, a happy tummy, and some very sweet memories with whiskered friends. 😻💚

There’s something special about places like this — cozy, local, and full of character. Whether it’s the matcha, the fluffy cats, or the kind staff, everything made me feel welcome. And honestly, isn’t it lovely when small moments turn into the best parts of a trip?

If you’re ever in Samut Songkhram and need a break from the road (or just want a little feline therapy), I highly recommend stopping by NDoo Café. You might come for the drinks — but you’ll stay for the cats. 🐾☕
