Early morning treatment hook-up while the night is old, the cheery stars above is a sight to behold
Early morning dialysis again and we came there without me not getting the sleep that I needed. It is because I already slept in the afternoon yesterday and it messed-up my need to sleeping which really do not have any schedule because I just go get some shuteye whenever I feel the urge for the reason that I am not keeping any schedule at all, I am free all the time and let my body do what it wants.
Well, my mother had to go up again at midnight to again prepare us for our so early morning journey. I think that we are preparing too early because my dialysis will not begin until 4:00 AM. We actually were the one arrived first at the treatment center followed by some few patients a few minutes later. So I will ask my mother not to get up so much early because we can get to the dialysis center just half an hour from our place here in our town since the traffic is so light during these wee hours of the morning.
To my bad luck again I experienced lightheadedness again considering that I ate a heavy meal prior to my dialysis. I even took Ketoanalogues as an additional amino acid supplement plus I didn't ask for my usual dry weight to be targeted for the fluid removal because I now believe that I am more heavy with real mass compared to the past months and still I had another bout of crashing blood pressure.
Next time around I will have to adjust again so that I will not feel light headed anymore. It does suck when it happens because it just messes on how my blood is being cleaned which my dialysis clinic is doin a nor so good job at because I cannot feel the hunger after my treatment sessions because they degraded the clean factor so that the patients or me will not experience the said blood pressure complication but I still experience it like today this morning while hooked-up.
Maybe now the cause was my lack of sleep but I am not sure if I did had some sleep at the center because my seat is always getting jolted by that loose tile below it when the nurses walk aby going in and out from the door near my seat. You cannot really sleep there unless the nurses would stop walking towards and from that service door which they use when they get and takeout some supplies, blankets, the buckets, or for some other reason.
Next time I will just try to sleep prior to my dialysis especially if they would put me in the first batch or set permanently just to take out this factor for making my blood pressure crash although sometimes it happens for no reason although again this time maybe I just need to adjust my dry weight up some more so I would avoid a fluid overdraw which also causes hypotension or IDH as the nurses calls it.
