So many employees posting about wanting to resign. It doesn't mean they are not hardworking or they don't love their job. Probably, they wanted to be appreciated and valued. Would it be great to give some incentives to them being great contribution to the company?

This Lingayen Beach monument was transferred here. This spot is actually where General Douglas Macarthur had landed back in 1945, which was the year when World War 2 ended.
