Liyafa Bakery, Lafia

Having a Bakery in a town is a good thing because a bakery is what everyone loves to eat, especially in the morning. Taking it with tea, fried eggs, or butter is the perfect way to enjoy bread.

Currently, in the town where I am, there are so many bakeries around that all of these bakeries are involved in bread production and other things. The reason why there are so many bakery shops around is that bread is what 90% of the people in the town love eating the most. In this post, I will be sharing with you the Bakery that I visited.

Liyafa Bakery is located in Lafia town, which is owned by the government of Nasarawa State in conjunction with private enterprise. Bakery is managed by a private enterprise and is involved in the production of different types of bread, ranging from sliced bread, unsliced bread, big-sized bread, and small-sized bread. Liyafa Bakery is the major producer and supplier of bread in Lafia town.

The industry is big with several departments. Inside the Liyafa Bakery, there is a production department that builds and is restricted to those who aren't staff in the industry. In the picture below, if you take a closer look or zoom in on the image, you will see staff making bread.

Also, in the bakery, there is a shelf unit for displaying produced bread for customers to buy. At the time I visited the bakery, there were a few breads placed on the shelf.

Also, there is a customer service department that attends to customer issues and other related issues in the industry. There is a cashier unit that takes care of the selling of bread. The cashier receives money from buyers.

Based on my experience about liyafa Bakery I will see the industry is lacking behind in terms staffs and delivery of quality service to customers because as of the time I went inside the bakery, there were less staffs in the place and there were no much breads that were produced and the what boost my mind was how a very small boy who is supposed to be in school came and attend to me which I saw ended up viewing the place as a family business/one man business.

However, as I left the industry to go to a Tito restaurant to eat, I saw Liyafa Bakery bread in the restaurant with other companies' bread. It is at this moment that I was convinced about Liyafa Bakery bread as a good bread in Lafia town. Had I not seen Liyafa product in the restaurant among other breads, I would have doubted the quality of the product. What I saw convinced me that Liyafa Bakery bread is good.
