Yesterday was a very relaxing and balanced day for me.The morning started with freshness and the whole day was full of peace and happiness.Like every day, yesterday too I had decided to spend the day with positive thoughts and enjoy every little moment.When I woke up in the morning, the first thing I did was brush my teeth and wash my face. When cold water touched the face, sleep immediately disappeared and the mind felt completely refreshed.After that took bath and started the day wearing clean clothes. After a while, she started doing all the household chores sweeping, cleaning the utensils and arranging the kitchen. When the house became completely clean there was a different feeling of satisfaction.After a while it was time for breakfast.I made poha and samosas for breakfast yesterday. As soon as the samosas were fried the whole house was filled with their fragrance. When the taste of hot tea was mixed with lightly spiced poha and crunchy samosas the morning became perfect. Everyone in the family liked the breakfast very much.I felt happy seeing the smile on everyones face.

After having breakfast I rested for some time. And then started preparing for lunch.I decided that I would cook chicken at night, so I prepared it in the afternoon itself.Washed the chicken thoroughly, added ginger, garlic, lemon juice and all the spices like turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and garam masala and mixed it well. After marination, its aroma was so wonderful that I felt like cooking it immediately but I kept it aside for a few hours so that all the spices get absorbed into the chicken properly.

The weather was very nice in the evening.A light wind was blowing.Due to which I felt like going out.I went to the nearby fruit shop and bought bananas from there.The smell of fresh fruits and the hustle and bustle of people at the fruit shop made me feel happy.My mind became lighter after I walked outside for a bit and got some fresh air.After returning home I spent some time with my son.It was the sweetest moment of the whole day.It was a lot of fun to watch his small talk, laughter and games.I fed him bananas and also played with him for a while. When he got tired he took him in his lap and made him sleep.The peace of that moment cannot be expressed in words.

At night I went to the kitchen and cooked marinated chicken.As soon as the aroma of spices spread throughout the house, everyones mouth started watering.Along with this, I also prepared dal and rice so that the meal remains balanced and light.All the family members sat together and ate dinner and everyone praised the chicken a lot. Hearing this the whole days hard work seemed worthwhile.After eating I rested for a while and then watched TV with my son.My mind became completely calm after watching some light programs.The whole family was sitting together.There was laughter and joking going on.That moment was really very pleasant.At the end of the day when everyone went to sleep I thought about what a great day we had had yesterday.The freshness of the morning the hard work of the afternoon the evening walk and the peace of the night everything was balanced and beautiful.I felt that real happiness is hidden in these small moments.Sometimes in a hot cup of tea, sometimes in the smile of a child and sometimes in a relaxing night with the family.

Although yesterday was an ordinary day it was very special.I worked rested and most importantly spent time with my family.These small happiness make life beautiful.
