Lake

"FoysLake is a popular recreation center in the Pahartali area of ​​Chittagong. this Foyez Lake is spread over an area of ​​336 acres. Foys Lake is basically an artificial lake which was dug in 1924 under the supervision of British engineer Foy to meet the water needs of the people of Pahartali.Concord Entertainment Company Limited has modernized ans maintain this amusement park. As a result, its popularity and acceptance as an entertainment center have increased. This foys Lake is not only a popular entertainment center for the residents of Chittagong. Apart from Chittagong, It’s a popular tourist center for travelers from any part of Bangladesh. After coming Chittagong from any part of Bangladesh you can easily go to Foys Lake by taking CNG, Laguna from AK Khan and GCE intersection.

The park is open to the public from 11 am to 7 pm every day. The entrance fee is 300 taka (16.79 steem) per person. However, if you buy a ticket for 500 taka(33.62 steem)you can get a package with (beverage) and 5 rides. Package tickets with lunch for entry to Sea water World are available at the park.

After purchasing a ticket from the ticket counter and entering the park, there are all the food shops first. Since it is prohibited to bring outside food inside, visitors can buy the necessary food from these food shops. There are garbage bins in every corner inside the park and there were colorful portraits of different animals in different colors. I really liked this butterfly.

Since Faiz Lake is composed of small hills and lakes. So the two lakes are crossed by a small beautiful bridge and there is a place for rides. The park has rides for everyone, young and old. There are several rides including roller coaster, bumper car, water sliding, merry-go-round, coffee cup. The construction work of some rides is going on.
