Steem Retrogame Pentris Gameplay- Day 3

Today, I’m back again to share my gameplay experience of Steem Retrogames Pentris. Yesterday, I couldn’t play the game because I was a bit busy, but this morning I finally got some free time and played for quite a while.

From the very beginning, I planned to play in a more proper way, which is matching the blocks carefully and trying to score higher than before. But in the first match, I made several mistakes. At some points, I placed the blocks so poorly that it became impossible to align them into lines later on. As a result, my first score was only 332.

In the second match, there was noticeable improvement. This time I tried to leave the lines open where I thought I could complete them and carefully placed the other blocks around. My strategy worked a bit better, and I managed to almost double my score compared to the first game, reaching 642. Still, I made a few errors with the upper blocks, which eventually ended the game earlier than I hoped.

In the final game, I felt much more confident. Things were going more according to plan, and I was able to manage the blocks with better control. If I had placed them a little more skillfully, I think the result could have been even better. Still, compared to my first attempt, I scored nearly three times higher, which was 965 points.

That was my Pentris gameplay for today. I’ll definitely keep practicing and will share my progress with you all again next time.
