Assalamu Alaikum. Good morning CCS community. How are you all? I hope by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always doing well.

Today I want to share with you my morning exercise experience. I hope all my friends in the community will enjoy my today's activity and you will like it very much. Moreover, if you want, you can learn some lessons from my today's experience story. Which will help you to be healthier.

The importance of exercising to keep ourselves healthy is immense. Basically, when we eat food and do not use it, those foods accumulate in our body as fat. When fat accumulates and continues like this, a large amount of fat increases in our body day after day.

Moreover, at different times, many of our people die due to stroke. The main reason for this is that the blood circulation inside the heart of all those people decreases. The veins inside the heart accumulate fat and the space for blood circulation becomes very small. When at some point the blood circulation space is completely blocked, people have a heart stroke and people die.

We can take an effective step to remove the heart block and that is to exercise after waking up in the morning.

No matter how much medicine you take, the most effective way for you is to exercise in the morning. The more you exercise in the morning, the more your body's blood circulation will increase. Even the fats in your body will melt through sweat.

Due to the accumulation of fat in our stomach, our fat comes out. At such a time, if we get up in the morning and exercise, all the fat in our stomach will fall off.

Moreover, it is important for people who are suffering from severe incurable diseases like diabetes due to excess weight to exercise every morning. In a word, you must exercise every morning for all kinds of diseases you want to build immunity. If you want to stay healthy in the world, there can be no other alternative than exercising. Because just one hour of exercise can give you energy and eliminate fatigue for the whole day. In that case, if you want, you can exercise every day to increase immunity and control your body weight and keep yourself healthy from hard blocks.

I am a health conscious person. I always want to improve for my own sake and that no disease can take root in my body. So I am constantly struggling to keep my body fit.

I try to build resistance to diseases before they occur, rather than treating them after they occur. So that the sun cannot take root in our body.

The incident that morning, after waking up, I was very cold. But even then I wore a pair of pants and a T-shirt and put on shoes. After putting on shoes, I went out to exercise.

The best time to exercise is five in the morning. But I could not wake up early in the morning and it was a huge failure for me. But even then I did not give up. I held on tightly and I went out to exercise at seven in the morning.

When I was exercising on the road, people asked me various questions.

What, do you have diabetes?
I replied to those people, do people exercise only if they are diabetic? I am exercising so that I do not get diabetes.

People were quite surprised to hear me and they may have never heard anything like this before.

I was exercising and in the empty field I completed my activities. In the empty field, I noticed that there were many other women and men like me exercising in the morning. However, those people had already suffered from incurable diabetes and other serious diseases and for this they had now started morning exercises. However, if we want, we can also exercise in a healthy body and keep our body fit.

I crossed the road for about five kilometers and ran. Since it was my first day of exercising, I was a little afraid and somehow I felt ashamed and scared.

For this, I returned to our school field and the entire field was empty. Because it was mild winter and people had not woken up yet this morning. So this time I started exercising there as I pleased.

Our school grounds are very big and I travelled three times to the neighborhood next to the school grounds. I felt very tired after travelling three times and my head felt dizzy. I started resting on the steps of the Shaheed Minar for a while. I felt much better resting on the steps and my first experience of life in the open field gave me much joy.

Then I noticed that people around me had started going to the market. Since the market and the school are on the same road, I felt a little embarrassed and sat there for a while.

After sitting, I started exercising again. After exercising for about 15 minutes, my body felt very tired. Because my body might not be able to bear the weight of so much exercise on the first day.

So I decided to come home this time. As an alternative to the road I had taken to exercise earlier, I set off for home through the agricultural land in the field. However, I started my exercise activities slowly and after exercising for about an hour, I returned to my house.


I really enjoyed exercising on the first day. It worked very well and as a result, my blood circulation and immunity increased. If you want, you can exercise every day to increase your blood circulation and boost your immunity. Because daily exercise is very beneficial for our body.
