Well I do not really know you that well, but I will say this. I have had panic attacks, in my life. Several as a matter of fact. I am not sure Mr. Rogers can really help you, with always putting on that sweater and all, but I love the picture on the building. If the rain washes it off put if back. I love the note you chalked on the sidewalk that is awesome and something I really need at the moment. I have found my own brand of getting out of the attacks and I have not had as many as of late, but truth be told they have gripped me and it is not fun. So over cyberspace I am sending you love. xx
