Here we are going to share some key points with crucial insights & learnings as a challenge to unlock your observations, experiences and knowledge to ensure a healthy lifestyle for kids by effectively applying the essential and measurable role of parents in safeguarding their children’s healthier and brighter future.

Kids Healthy lifestyle Six Weeks including essentially considering:

• Parents affection & attention
• Kids’ balanced diet
• Friendly & learning environment
• Fulfil and Ensure basic needs of kids
• ⁠Herbal treatment for kids recovery from seasonal Virals
• ⁠Educate kids to defend on harassment and abuse cases.

Yes!!, By following these above mentioned points we will deliver necessary information of each week ( Week 1 to Week 6) and will give homework tasks to participants. Through this challenge, Participants will understand and hence implement these lifestyle changes of their kids to ensure sustained wellbeing of theirs children in real life.

I am Muhammad Afzal Qamar from Pakistan My user name is @afzalqamar, I joined Steemit in October -2017 ,since that day till now I am active user of this platform and having special place in my life working on here .Working as a mod in Healthy Steem community.As a Herbalist Teacher I selected 2 times in 2024 and select also two times curator 1st March 2025, Also in May month.

I am a herbalist by profession. It is not just my profession but it is my passion. And after this I am continuously learning and exploring this field and I am curing people with the help of the herbal medicines. And seeing the innovation and moderation of the new age I have recently done Fazil - E - Tibb Wal Jarahat.

According to this I am now certified for the modern herbal medicines as well as for the surgery. Now I am running my clinic and dealing with the patients. I am a certified Hikeem - e Inqlab Council for Hikmat Pakistan. The National Council For Tib, Government of Pakistan has verified me as a Tabib.

In that challenge,By my herbal knowledge and experience, I will advice to the kids health recovery from seasonal Virals. And being teammate can help my partner to deliver weekly lessons and review entries through proper channel.

Hi, I’m Uzma from Pakistan, I joined for the Steemit platform in June of 2021. From the first day , I have promised my self to work with consistency and work hard to build my reputation on Steemit and develop professional relations with Steemians through engagement and delegations.
