There's no mention of him killing anyone in either of his diaries that I read, but considering he was in wars, I'd say, no more than a handful.. There are reports he signed off on 2000 executions though..

It’s estimated he had 150-500 ppl killed when he was running La Cabaña Fortress prison. That including Bolivia, Cuba and the Congo I’d say maybe over a thousand. Just a ballpark figure.
