Interesting write up. As I keep pointing out to people, to the point they are sick of it, it is always over cast, never rainy. It does not seem to sink in. The number of times I have been told it is normal is ridiculous. People forget that yesterday was overcast, and last week, and last month. They live in today and forget yesterday.
