中国・北京市で拘束されて、スパイ罪で起訴されたアステラス製薬の60代の日本人男性社員に対し、同市の第2中級人民法院（地裁）は16日、スパイ活動を行ったと認定し、懲役3年6月の実刑判決を言い渡したそうなのですが男性のどのような行動がスパイ活動と認定されたかなど、具体的な内容は明らかになっていないそうでこれによって、中国でビジネスに関わる邦人の間で不安が広まり、日本企業の「中国離れ」がいっそう進む可能性があるそうなのですがこれを見てみるとやっぱり中国国内に行くのはリスクが高そうですね。
