So the Steemit user gets to MAKE money by sellig their bitcoisn for Cash! they find peopel on localbitcoin n thir are who also need to use localbitcoin but to BUY bitcoin! and you give them a great deal like only a percent or two over Spot even 5 is acceptable standard around the world, especia;;y if youre the only one selling bitcoin in yoru area youc an charge whatever youw ant even 10% is not unreasonable if it takes you a lot of tiome and fees to convert that cash back into bitcoin...
