I'm not sure why you upvoted with such a low percentage that it was worth 0.00$? I can see the value in what you are doing, but it also appears as a way to amass a lot of followers without having to give them much of anything of value vote wise. If there is another reason for you doing a zero value vote, please explain, i'm open to hearing,as I am new and don't necessarily understand it all yet :)
You can read @steemitboard latest witness report here, which describes how it votes and the result of its votes.
As @steemitboard do hundreds of votes each day, it is not possible to use a higher percentage without depleting its voting power.
Should have @steemiboard more Steem Power, its votes would provide more benefit to users.
