The movie The Apprentice, that's in theaters right now, would have been illegal if the decision went the other way.

Surprise surprise, this multi-million dollar movie, that has been released within a month of the next presidential election, that is critical of a presidential candidate, was financed by one or more corporations.

Under the letter of the McCain-Feingold law, that movie would be subjected to the government stepping in and kicking it out of theaters.
