Freezing Lights of Montreal / The World of XPILAR - CITYSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY AND ART CONTEST WEEK #242
A black and white cityscape taken on a freezing night from the Mont Royal lookout.
The cold pierced through everything, but the view was worth it, the city glowing like a constellation stretched on the earth.
I shot this with my Nikon D40 and an 18-55mm lens, going black and white and slow shutter to capture the lights and cloudy sky, embracing the chill to capture the stillness and energy of Montreal’s urban heart.
