食材🍱:豆腐、白菜。
做法👩🍳:
1️⃣、豆腐切小块,热锅热油把豆腐放进去煎至两面金黄,盛出备用。
2️⃣、锅里重新倒油烧热,放入白菜,煮至稍微软后加入豆腐。
3️⃣、加入少许盐、鸡粉、一勺生抽、蚝油调味,加入适量清水盖上盖子蒸2-3分钟。
4️⃣、最后淋上淀粉水勾芡即可。

Instructions 👩🍳:
1️⃣ Cut the tofu into small pieces. In a hot pan with oil, fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
2️⃣ Add fresh oil to the pan and heat it. Add the cabbage and cook until slightly softened, then add the tofu back in.
3️⃣ Season with a pinch of salt, chicken bouillon powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and some oyster sauce. Add a bit of water, cover the lid, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4️⃣ Finally, pour in a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
